You’re not doing it wrong—you’re just walking a different path. You don’t have to walk it alone.
Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here.
Parenting a neurodivergent child—especially one with PDA, Autism, ADHD, with complex needs, trauma history, or sensory differences—can feel isolating, overwhelming, and like none of the usual advice fits. You might find yourself questioning everything, yearning for connection, and wondering if you're the only one doing things differently.
I know that place.
My own shift from conventional parenting approaches to a more relational, nervous system-informed path was anything but easy. It was lonely. I doubted myself constantly. It felt like I was swimming against the current—especially when others didn’t understand or share my perspective. What I needed was someone to walk beside me. Someone who had been there, who could offer reassurance, encouragement, and space to breathe.
That’s what I offer you now.
Through parent coaching and home education support, I walk alongside families who are doing the courageous work of parenting differently. I hold space for you to shed external expectations, trust your intuition, deepen your understanding, and try new things in ways that feel safe and supported.
This journey isn’t about fixing your child—or yourself.
It’s about offering a greater sense of safety, honouring both your nervous systems, fostering co-regulation, and reconnecting with your values, your voice, and the heart of your relationship with your child.
Together, we’ll move beyond conventional strategies toward something more responsive:
Rooted in relationship.
Grounded in nervous system wisdom.
Centred on trust.
